Donald is president of Venable Instruments, a provider of electrical and electronic test and measurement instruments for companies across the globe. A 40-year veteran of the mechanical and electronics engineering industry, Donald has helped design, analyze and improve the products and processes of businesses in a wide variety of industries, including power electronics, defense, automotive, motion control aerospace, and utilities. Past APEC Exibits Chairman 2002-2014 and Psma Board of Directors 2011-2017.

Ford earned his BSEE from Texas A&M in 1983 and has worked in several technology segments, including high reliability aerospace, networking, and embedded applications areas.

Manfred earned his BSEE from University of Oklahoma in 1988 and has worked as an embedded software/firmware engineer for the past 30 years. His background includes Aerospace, Military and Commercial software applications.
